NOTE: Due to current pandemic safety precautions and the closure of many brick-and-mortar stores, mail carriers are a lot busier than usual. Please allow for an additional 5-10 business days for your order’s tracking to update and be delivered. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Payment Policy

At Duck Air, all transactions are conducted in AUD currency only. Prices seen on the page may be converted from AUD to your local currency for the customer’s better understanding. Duck Air will not be responsible for any transaction fees, items damaged, or lost during transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

All orders are shipped via courier and typically ship within 2-4 days from the time the order is placed. Shipping time is around 8-12 business days and vary based on region and weight Freight is provided free by LG Australia however there are conditions:

  • Free shipping Within the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Tweed Coast and Northern Rivers (Except WA), 
  • Free shipping to a commercial premises Nationally (except WA)

Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are unable to control on our end and also, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the courier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges incurred.

IMPORTANT We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If shipping information is not entered in correctly before your item gets shipped out, we are not responsible for the lost package. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at quotes@deepchill.com.au as soon as possible.

We are not provided with a tracking code by LG Electronics.

You will get an update from LG with an approximate date, delivery may take weeks in the unlikely event that there is no stock.

You only get one go at free delivery – make sure you or someone can sign for it (considering sending it to commercial premises)

1. Someone must sign for receipt of delivery or the A/C will return to the courier’s base.
2. The person who signs for it needs to inspect the box – if the box is damaged you should reject the order and not sign, if this
happens the system will then be returned, and we organise a replacement or a refund.
3. If the box is received and signed for this completes the transaction
4. If the A/C is returned to the courier’s office because you missed the driver you will need to either organise and pay for a new delivery or collect the system from our factory Miami QLD 4220.
